Cert. PT the Academy, nutritionist, gym instructor, crossfit coach, yoga teacher and group training instructor. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way. I believe that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves both inside and out.
My help will help you to find the joy in training even on vacation. I tailor your program for just you.
Basic Training
My basic program is designed to help you build strength, cardio, improve mobility and adapt if you have injuries that stops you. But the most importen is to gain happiness and confidence in your workouts.
We’ll focus on fundamental movements, good technique, and a balanced fitness that works for your body and lifestyle.
