I´m Jonna – a passionate personal trainer, yoga instructor and movement enthusiast. With years of experience in strength training, mobility, and holistic wellness. I help my clients build strong, resilient bodies while finding joy in movement. My approach is a mix of structure and intuition – I believe in challenging the body while listening to its needs.

Whatever your goal is to get stronger, move better or feel more confident in your body, I’m here to support you on your journey!
