I´m Jonna – a passionate personal trainer, yoga instructor and movement enthusiast. With years of experience in strength training, mobility, and holistic wellness. I help my clients build strong, resilient bodies while finding joy in movement. My approach is a mix of structure and intuition – I believe in challenging the body while listening to its needs.
