Air Conditioning
Available (from about May 1, depending on outdoor temperature) free of charge. The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system which is kept on 24h a day. No heating in the apartments.
Safety Box
- We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables.
- The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
- For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.
Chromecast® technology:
- Press the Source button on your remote control.
- Choose HDMI.
- Follow the instructions on the TV.
- All done! Now feel free to cast your own streaming apps on the TV
Room Cleaning
Your Room/Suite is cleaned everyday.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen in the laundry basket in the bathroom. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at Reception.

For Prime Suite guest - choose your preferred pillow directly from the closet.
For Welcome Package Prime guest - simply call Reception with your request and we will deliver it to the room.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not allowed on balconies or inside of the rooms or public areas inside the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in allocated areas: In front of the hotel and at the pool area.
